📜 ライセンス

cnAPI は、利用シーンに基づくデュアルライセンス (Usage-Based Dual Licensing) モデルを採用しています。

コア原則：

デフォルトライセンス: 本プロジェクトはデフォルトで GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPLv3) の下で提供されます。AGPLv3の条項および後述の追加制限を遵守することを条件に、すべてのユーザーが無料で利用できます。
商用ライセンス: 特定の商用シーン、またはAGPLv3以外の権利を希望する場合、必ず 商用ライセンス (Commercial License) を取得する必要があります。

1. オープンソースライセンス (AGPLv3) - 基本的な利用向け

AGPLv3 の条項の下で、cnAPI を自由に使用、変更、および配布することができます。AGPLv3 の全文は https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html から入手できます。
中核となる義務: cnAPI を変更し、ネットワーク経由でサービス (SaaS) として提供する場合、または変更したバージョンを配布する場合、すべてのユーザーに対して、対応する完全なソースコードを AGPLv3 ライセンスの下で提供しなければなりません。
追加制限（重要）: AGPLv3 オープンソースライセンスのみを使用する場合、プロジェクトコード内の元のブランド識別子、ロゴ、および著作権表示情報を完全に保持する必要があります。これらの情報をいかなる形式でも変更、削除、または隠蔽することは禁止されています。削除が必要な場合は、商用ライセンスを取得する必要があります。
利用前に、必ず AGPLv3 のすべての条項および上記の追加制限を注意深く読み、理解してください。

2. 商用ライセンス (Commercial License) - 高度なシーンおよびクローズドソースの要件向け

以下のいずれかの状況に該当する場合、cnAPI を合法的に利用するためには、当社に連絡し、商用ライセンスを取得・署名する必要があります。

シナリオ 1：ブランドおよび著作権情報の削除
お客様の製品またはサービスから、cnAPI のロゴ、UI 画面の著作権表示、またはその他のブランド識別子を削除したい場合。
シナリオ 2：AGPLv3のオープンソース義務の回避
cnAPI に基づいて変更を行い、以下のことを希望する場合：
- ネットワーク経由でサービス（SaaS）を提供するが、変更後のソースコードをサービスユーザーに公開したくない場合。
- cnAPI を統合したソフトウェア製品を配布するが、製品を AGPLv3 ライセンスでリリースしたり、ソースコードを公開したりするのを望まない場合。
シナリオ 3：企業ポリシーおよび統合要件
- 所属企業のポリシー、顧客契約、またはプロジェクト要件により、AGPLv3 ライセンスのソフトウェアの使用が禁止されている場合。
- OEM 統合が必要であり、cnAPI をクローズドソースの商用製品の一部として再配布する必要がある場合。
シナリオ 4：商用サポートと保証の必要性
公式の技術サポートなど、AGPLv3 では提供されない商用保証が必要な場合。

3. 貢献（Contributions）

cnAPI へのコミュニティからの貢献を歓迎します。本プロジェクトに提出されるすべての貢献（例：プルリクエスト経由）は、AGPLv3 ライセンスの下で提供されるものと見なされます。
本プロジェクトに貢献を提出することにより、お客様のコードが AGPLv3 ライセンスの下で本プロジェクトおよびすべての後続の利用者（これらの利用者が最終的に AGPLv3 または商用ライセンスのどちらに従うかに関わらず）にライセンスされることに同意するものとします。
また、お客様の貢献が商用ライセンスの下で配布される cnAPI のバージョンに含まれる可能性があることを理解し、同意するものとします。

4. その他の条項（Other Terms）

商用ライセンスの具体的な条項、条件、および価格については、両当事者間で締結される正式な商用ライセンス契約に従うものとします。
プロジェクトのメンテナーは、必要に応じて本ライセンスポリシーを更新する権利を留保します。関連する更新は、プロジェクトの公式チャネル（例：コードリポジトリ、公式サイト）を通じて通知されます。

This page describes the software license of the cnAPI project (not this documentation site).

This project uses a Usage-Based Dual Licensing model.

Core Principles:

Default License: The project is available by default under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPLv3), provided you comply with both the AGPLv3 terms and the additional restriction below.
Commercial License: For specific commercial scenarios, or if you require rights beyond AGPLv3, you must obtain a Commercial License.

1. Open Source License: AGPLv3 – For Basic Usage

Under the terms of AGPLv3, you are free to use, modify, and distribute cnAPI. Full text: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html.
Core Obligation: If you modify cnAPI and provide it as a network service (SaaS), or distribute a modified version, you must make the complete corresponding source code available to all users under AGPLv3.
Additional Restriction (Important): When using only the AGPLv3 license, you must retain all original branding, logos, and copyright statements in the project. You are prohibited from modifying, removing, or concealing such information. A Commercial License is required to remove them.
Please read and ensure you fully understand AGPLv3 and the above additional restriction before use.

2. Commercial License – For Advanced Scenarios & Closed Source Needs

You must contact us to obtain and sign a Commercial License in any of the following scenarios to legally use cnAPI:

Scenario 1: Removal of Branding and Copyright
You wish to remove the cnAPI logo, copyright statement, or other branding elements from your product or service.
Scenario 2: Avoidance of AGPLv3 Open Source Obligations
You have modified cnAPI and wish to:
- Offer it as a network service (SaaS) without disclosing your modifications' source code to your users.
- Distribute a software product integrated with cnAPI without releasing your product under AGPLv3 or open-sourcing the code.
Scenario 3: Enterprise Policy & Integration Needs
- Your organization’s policies, client contracts, or project requirements prohibit the use of AGPLv3-licensed software.
- You require OEM integration and need to redistribute cnAPI as part of your closed-source commercial product.
Scenario 4: Commercial Support and Assurances
You require commercial assurances not provided by AGPLv3, such as official technical support.

3. Contributions

Community contributions are welcome. All contributions (e.g., via Pull Request) are deemed to be provided under AGPLv3.
By submitting a contribution, you agree your code is licensed to this project and all downstream users under AGPLv3 (regardless of whether they ultimately operate under AGPLv3 or a Commercial License).
You also acknowledge your contribution may be included in Commercial License distributions of cnAPI.

4. Other Terms

The specific terms, conditions, and pricing of the Commercial License are governed by a formal commercial license agreement executed by both parties.
Project maintainers reserve the right to update this licensing policy via official channels (e.g., repository, website).
